What we carry

Four Himalayan treasures

Described in the traditional way they've been used for generations across the high villages.

Wild Everest Ginseng

Hand-foraged from the high forests around Solukhumbu, traditionally taken for stamina and vitality.

Shilajit

A mineral-rich resin from Himalayan rock, used for generations across the high villages. We serve it as a honey pot at breakfast.

Mad Honey

Rare cliff honey from wild rhododendron blooms, with its famous reddish hue — a true Himalayan delicacy. Try it in our Mad Honey Latte.

Reishi Mushroom

The 'mushroom of long life', dried and prepared in the traditional way for teas and tonics.

These are traditional foods and tonics shared as part of Himalayan culture. We make no medical claims — please use your own judgement and consult a professional for health advice.

Try them before you take them home

The easiest way to meet our herbs is to taste them. Order a Mad Honey Latte, a Shilajit & Honey Pot at breakfast, or ask about a tongba — then decide what to carry back down the mountain.
